Job Summary:
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this position is responsible for supporting one or more mortgage consultants by performing various clerical, technical and sales-related functions, including but not limited to, customer correspondence and personal interaction, marketing and management of MC's pipeline.

This position requires a regular monthly loan production of 5mm from the Mortgage Consultant.

Major Responsibilities:
25% Manage Mortgage Consultants pipeline by prioritizing loans for fundings. Ensure customer service levels are met by coordinating with processing and underwriting staff. Serve as a liaison between borrowers, realtors and processing/underwriting support staff.

25% Prequalify potential borrowers using bank standards, quote rates, provide loan options and loan status to various parties of a real estate transaction including borrowers, real estate professionals, branch personnel etc.

25% Assist mortgage consultant with marketing support, including development of marketing systems, and cross selling other bank products.

25% Assist Mortgage Consultant with sales support. Participate in face to face meetings with borrowers and meetings with bank partners and outside referral sources.


Position requires proficiency with computer software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.; excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, establish priority and coordinate work.

Job Summary:
Develop new and existing business and consumer banking relationships by proactively soliciting new business from prospective clients and by contacting present clients to retain and expand banking relationships, to meet or exceed assigned monthly goals.

Job Summary: 

The position is responsible for assisting with the overall management of the investor and owner occupied loan portfolio that CBRE (Commercial Banking Real Estate) manages. Completion of periodic loan reviews and desktop evaluations and timely completion of problem loan and watch list reports including: collecting and analyzing all property and borrower/sponsor financial information; performing a market review of collateral; preparing a desktop analysis that assesses actual and pro forma economic performance; value collateral on a stabilized and "as is" basis, if necessary; determine appropriate risk grade and action items; timely prepare and process all RACER packages related to these responsibilities.

Manage the collection of borrower financial statements, property operating statements and other items as needed for preparation of annual loan review; follow up on past due information and inform CBRE Management if any difficulty with obtaining information

Manage status of scheduled and problem loan reviews and property inspections ensuring that they are completed or extended by RAA prior to their due date; prepare and distribute status reports on a scheduled basis to CBRE staff; delegate assignments as needed.

Coordinate with commercial credit units to the timely completion of desktop reviews of owner occupied loans to meet the policy requirements of Basel II.

Job Summary

Reporting to the National Production Manager, the CL Product Manager - Home Equity Loans is responsible for increasing production volume of funded home equity loan balance. Work closely with CL capital markets, finance, operations, compliance, risk management as well as Community Banking market presidents and UB Marketing to optimize the pricing, marketing, sales and product features to attract customers who with high levels of line utilization.

Major Responsibilities

50% Act as product champion across Union Bank platform, to optimize channel resources including Branch Banking, CL Broker, CL Retail, Mortgage Direct and Loan by Phone to access new and existing customers including Private Bank customers. This includes but is not limited to lead generation.

20% Develop and maintain effective marketing strategy for the product in partnership with Corporate Marketing. Perform market analysis to support emerging business models and new Home Equity business initiatives. Reporting to the Quality Control Reviewer Team Lead, the Quality Control Reviewer is responsible for performing quality control review in support of the financial spread sheet process.

Major Responsibilities:

Quality Review (75%):

Initiates contacts, assesses needs, presents array of products and services, and closes sales.

Proactively advises and consults with existing clients to maximize their service usage and monitors client portfolio to ensure profitability.Meet with prospects as needed, often outside the office to present the capabilities of The Private Bank. Drives the Private Bank sales process across the wealth management spectrum including wealth planning, investments, private banking, trust &amp; estate services and Insurance to proactively identify the needs of the prospects, matching appropriate products and services and ensuring a team delivery approach by including appropriate specialists within the Private Bank.

Act as advisor by anticipating needs relative to the high net worth segment to ensure maximum profitability and cross-sell opportunities are met by monitoring each client's account and service use as well as changes in their Life. Consult with clients as to various services or product that would be most advantageous for them and keep them aware of new strategies and market trends that would affect them. Provide various options considering tax implications, estate planning, risk tolerance levels and introductions to the appropriate Private Bank team member to maximize multiple team touch points per client and greater client satisfaction.Thoughtfully plan the introduction of clients to other areas of the Bank for special needs.

20% Teaming- Detail specific actions to introduce Private Bank team members to prospects by embracing, leveraging and leading the team through the Private Bank sales process. Acts as the "quarterback" for the Private Bank team to ensure both new sales and client retention goals are achieved. NOTE: greater time will be devoted to "teaming" during early development of their books of business.
