JOB SUMMARY
Manage all aspects (scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs, risk and change) of assigned eCommerce projects to ensure their quality, timely and within budget delivery.

DETAILS
Major responsibilities include:
Define project scope, objectives and deliverables that support the business goals of stakeholders.
Develop project plans and associated communications documents.
Manage project finances including cost tracking and budget forecasting.
Define and document business requirement as required.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, timeline and budget.
Actively identify, report, and escalate (where applicable) critical project issues to business stakeholders and appropriate levels of management with recommended solutions.
Resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Effectively communicate project expectations and project status to team members, business stakeholders and management in a timely, clear and concise manner.
Ensure satisfactory transfer of custody and control of product upon project completion (handoff) and close all project documentation and archive appropriate records.
Maintain a high degree of expertise in the area of Internet systems and technologies and stay current on leading industry best-practices in order to deliver continuous value in support of the business.
Ensure assigned projects comply with Union Bank's Enterprise Project Management (EPM) guidelines as well as other regulatory and compliance policies/procedures.

Key Competencies and Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to function in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
Demonstrated ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively and credibly with different levels of personnel in the organization.
Efficient and effective team management and conflict resolution skills
Excellent problem solving skills with capability to think creatively, i.e., outside the box
Solid understanding of basic project management principles.
High level knowledge in web system design, architecture and technology (html, flash, javascript etc.).
Familiarity with large scale systems implementations and conversions.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
· Bachelors degree from a four-year college/university;
· 8-10 years of project management experience with proven track record in managing the development and deployment of e-Commerce applications and portals.

Preferred Skills:
· Degree in Management of Information Systems (MIS) or Computer Science (CS)
· Background as a business systems analyst
· PMP certification
