The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

The Change Management department (CHG) is responsible for the delivery of the strategic portfolio across MUS International. The portfolio is delivered through 9 key programs of work (Front Office, Regulatory Compliance, Operations, Finance, Risk & Data, Human Resources, Legal and Technology and ad hoc programs reporting directly to IPC) overseen by the International Portfolio Committee (IPC). The department under the International Head of Change is managed by regional heads of Change.

The Central PMO team within the Change Management team is responsible to drive consistent project lifecycle methodology across MUS internationally and work closely with technology and business leaders to ensure all aspects of managing change are defined and delivered. The Central PMO is responsible for annual portfolio planning, portfolio governance, project financial management, and reporting into various governance committees.

The Change Management PMO Analyst will report to and work closely with the Americas Head of Central PMO to help implement and maintain Change Management policies and procedures; provide portfolio governance, financial management, and constantly look for opportunities to eliminate duplicate processes.

The main responsibilities of the Change Management PMO Analyst are:

  • Assist with preparing reports, analyzing data, and ensuring adherence to project management procedures and policies.

  • Manage project resourcing and financial data in the PPM tool, Planview, and work with Program and Project managers as required to ensure data quality and accuracy.

  • Ensure Portfolio and Project Managers adhere to policies and procedures established to govern projects.

  • Report on resource scheduling across the portfolio to ensure full utilization of project resources. Query Department Heads, Technology Leads and Project Managers on any allocation or funding gaps.

  • Track, aggregate, and report on project benefits, cost increases, risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Manage internal budget and financial workbooks and work closely with Finance to provide accurate Month-End reporting and analysis.

  • Coordinate with Accounts Payable and Procurement teams to process Project-related invoices.

  • Provide ad-hoc portfolio status, resource, and financial reporting to Senior Management or audit teams as required.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills: Experienced in data analysis and management in Excel (vlookup, pivot tables).

  • Experience creating PowerPoint presentations, reports and managing budgets or analyzing large data sets.

  • Detailed-oriented, proactive, and curious mindset.

  • Ability to manage workloads and deadlines; and to self-schedule/complete regular, calendared tasks.

  • At least 1 year of experience of working in management consulting or financial services is preferred.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $76K - $94K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
