The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Role Summary:

Product and Services Execution Standards (PSES) team within MUFG’s Corporate Strategy function oversees risk in the development and delivery of the bank’s products and services, using sound business and risk management principles and practices.

PSES governs the product inventory, risk assessment program, and ongoing product monitoring and testing requirements. It provides central oversight and validation of the execution of the product and services risk management program implementation and operation within the first line of defense.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Execute governance, risk management, and compliance strategies and frameworks supporting product delivery risks.

  • Responsible for oversight of product and service risk management programs including:

  • Risk assessment of new and changed products and services.

  • Ongoing monitoring of product and services risks in the First Line of Defense.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and bank requirements.

  • Work with cross-functional teams in the identification and mitigation of risks across first and second lines of defense.

  • Advise on policy and control improvements based on emerging risks.

Expected Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree at minimum, required.

  • 3 plus years' experience in Governance, Risk Management, or Compliance within Financial Services.

  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities.

  • Strong interest in Banking Product Development.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $105K - 127K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
