Duties include interviewing/hiring and the termination of staff; recommending salary changes, job promotions; setting work hours, conducting counseling /performance reviews, and planning of the staff %26#39;s work. Responsible for ensuring staff comply with all wage and hour regulations. This includes reviewing employee%26#39;s timecards for accuracy and ensuring all meal and rest breaks are adhered to. Actively mentors and trains the Regional Sales Manager and associates/BRM to ensure the professional growth of the team members.Responsible for a leading, developing and maintaining a strong relationship with retail branch leadership and partners in order to show a unified team and to ensure the delivery of best in class experience to small business prospects and clients. Works with Division Manager to execute programs, goals and outlets to create and enhance earnings. Responsible for ensuring that all roles work together to ensure the best possible client experience. Manages /facilitates cross-selling aspects of bank services through the identification of opportunities and delivery of service. Overall responsibility and accountability for Region%26#39;s sales performance (Production, Balance Sheet Growth, Revenue Growth, Profit Growth,) and customer experience. Also includes the management of financial results such as net Income After Tax (NIAT), Client satisfaction %26amp; the client experience, Retention of clients, Growth of portfolio, Portfolio Metrics (Credit Quality Grow assets and liabilities/Share of wallet/Cross-sell/Next Logical Product (NLP) - work with BIA/Early Warning Indicators/Client contact rates/Voice of the client (VOC), Screens potential clients for quality and segment fit.
