Develop and service comprehensive personal financial relationships within affluent target market through a professional sales effort. Identify qualified potential clients. Initiate contacts, assess needs, present array of products and services, and close sales. Responsible for total servicing of the client relationship, and for the growth and profitability of large, more complex and profitable relationships in the unit. Advise and consult with clients to maximize their service usage and investment opportunities. Responsible for analyzing and approving client's credit needs, either on a conforming or non-conforming basis. Clients are typically influential members of the community whose relationship with the Bank could be considered sensitive. Represent the Bank and its Priority Banking Program in the community.
* College degree or equivalent work experience. Proficient knowledge of computer skills.
* Advanced knowledge of personal and business financial statements and tax returns.
* Advanced understanding of the financial acumen as it pertains to the affluent market segment.
* All consumer and business products and services as it relates to the affluent market segment including operations, loan policies and procedures.
* A minimum of 4 - 6 years of commercial and/or consumer lending experience.
* Intermediate knowledge of personnel management.
* Successful completion of training classes referred to in Priority Banking's "Training Curriculum Guide". Pass Priority Banking's "Loans to Individuals - I".
Strong sales and service orientation. Ability to identify client needs and related Bank services; sell the concept of relationship banking defined by the Priority Program. Ability to prospect, anticipate needs and close sale; negotiate fair service/loan pricing; communicate effectively with clients of varying levels of business and financial sophistication. Ability to work effectively with teams and as a team member; identify unique opportunities in individual market areas.
This position may be subject to SAFE Act Registration Requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all applicants for employment who will be engaged in residential loan mortgage originations (as defined by the SAFE Act) must register with the federal registry system and maintain a status in good standing under the SAFE Act requirements.
